One last post! James got a job as a security officer and is pretty much set for his schooling to start. Everything has been falling in place except getting our own place.
At this point we are leaning towards buying in the Cheney area. We have a house in mind that I totally adore! Our next step is finding a lender and viewing the house... and waiting on the last bit of $$$ to come in. Hopefully, it will work out and we can be first time home owners!! I am really hoping and praying.
Aside from housing stuff, things are going good. I am really missing my Poms in OR and can hardly wait until they are back in our family. At least we're one day closer than we were yesterday. Also, I am so thankful to Christy for taking such wonderful care of my babies! I seriously have no idea what I would do without you!
Well, that is enough for now... and I know I'm missing some stuff, but I am too tired to write anymore! I will add updated pictures when I'm able.

Mister CJ...
Not to be forgotten.. CJ is doing fantastic as well!
Since we got here he's been rolling from back to front and front to back, talking up a storm (says "Mom", "Dada", "Hey", "Ya", "Hi", and today I heard him say "Bye"), and is growing faster than a weed! At his 4 mo check up he was 14lbs and 26in long (I think longer, but would have to look it up). Which put him in the 16% for weight and 78% for length! (Did I mention he is in 9-12mo clothes?!)
His doctor (whom I adore) was not the least bit concerned as in her words, "He look very healthy and is exceeding milestones." That made my day!
He has been sitting up for about 2 weeks now and trying to crawl for the past couple of days. I started him on baby food a couple of weeks ago (actually he started himself by grabbing an avocado out of my hand one night). So far he's enjoyed eating sweet potatoes, bananas, carrots, peas, avocado, and blue berries in his rice cereal (sometimes he sneaks a bite of my oatmeal).
Also, I'm happy to say that breastfeeding is still going great! It has really made my life (as a mom) feel accomplished to be able to successfully nurse my baby. After all of the heart ache I went thru trying to nurse Will, I treasure each day and feeding that I'm able to nurse CJ. Just a personal happy moment in my life right now!

Our wonderful Will!
Its been a few months since I've had a chance to write anything! Especially about Will... (who is 3ft 6 1/2 in tall and weighs 50lbs- he's a flippin' tank!)
Since we got to Spokane we have been to a couple of evaluations for Will's speech therapy. The first one was with Rite Care and it went fabulous! (The ladies are wonderful and actually listen to the parents.) We were told Will definitely has oral Apraxia of speech and he qualified for their program (which is no cost for low income families). The only downfall was they had a 6-12 month waiting list! But, one of the ladies said she could squeeze him in once a week for the summer! I darn near did back flips I was so happy!
So, Will has been seeing Miss Michelle (Or "Chelle" as Will calls her) for over month and has been doing so well!! His communication skills and patience is building with each and every visit... alongside what we're doing at home, too. He is so smart and has a memory that lasts weeks! Right now, Miss Michelle has been able to get 50+ words and/or signs with each session!!!!!! I am so thrilled for Will and proud of him!!
Aside from Rite Care, Will has been getting one-on-one attention in his Sunday school class with Teacher Dana (her daughter happens to work at Rite Care). In just the last month Will has been playing "tag" with the other kids in his class, following the class "schedule", helping dish out snack, take part in most activities and so much more!!
I really don't know what we'd do without Rite Care, my mom working/playing with Will every day and the church taking us in to help him succeed! It has been a real blessing and answered prayers to have the help from everyone for Will!
I just realized I haven't really explained what Apraxia is and how it affects everyday life. Apraxia is a lack of communication between the brain and the muscles in the mouth. In other words, the person understands everything said to them, but isn't able to verbally relay it back. Its similar to what happens when a person has a stroke in a way.
So, for Will and any other kid/person that has Apraxia it makes communicating difficult. Thus he communicates in the only way he knows how- physically. Also, until he knows you he most likely won't look into your eyes much (if at all). Why? Because people ask questions and expect a verbal answer that THEY can understand. Well, Will isn't able to talk back or use his mouth properly (right now) and what better way to not have to deal with strangers then to just ignore them. (Its frustrating, embarrassing, and makes him even more self conscious.) Its like being in a foreign country and understanding what everyone is saying to you, but not be able to communicate back with them.
Well, I could write so much more about Apraxia, but I'll save that for a rainy day.

So much to write... so little time!
A lot has happened since my last post! I think I will start with CJ...
CJ has been the easiest and happiest baby I've met! He has grown so much and is already is 3 month clothing (some 3-6mo depending on brand). He is way ahead of all of his developmental milestones:
Will is talking more and being a wonderful big brother. He adores CJ and helps me out tremendously with little chores around the house. Speaking of growing kids- Will is HUGE! He's out grown most 4T and 5T stuff, but has a 1/2 inch of growing room in 5/6 or 6/7 clothes! He is still not potty trained, but is getting better at telling me "poop" or "potty" AFTER he goes. We'll get him potty trained once we're in Spokane.
James and I are doing good. We found out this past week that James is getting an Honorable Discharge and we will be returning to Washington for good. A few weeks ago, we found out James was accepted into Eastern Washington University (just outside of Spokane). He will start school in the Fall and will major in web design (can't remember the real title).
Aside from that, we celebrated my 24th birthday on the 26th of March. James took me (and CJ) on a sunset dolphin BBQ cruise. It was beautiful!! We didn't see any dolphins, but it was the most relaxing fun I've had on a birthday.
Otherwise, we are busy getting ready for the move and transition. I will try to upload pictures, but not sure when. If you'd like new pictures, feel free to find me on Facebook (Naomi Earl... duh).

Oh the joys of a preschooler...
Just some things that I thought might put a smile on your face.

Some of you know that I am breast feeding CJ (and it is going much better than with Will). Well, one morning after CJ nursed I was still "full". So, I pumped. While I was pumping I saw Will was walking around with his shirt up out of the corner of my eye. I look up to see him with TWO of his cups to his chest and making a little "shoosh" type of sound. All I could say was, "Will!!"... he stopped and we just looked at each other with the same look. I think we were both equally as shocked, uncomfortable and humored.

I know it is very obvious in pictures that Will needs his hair trimmed. Well, the other night (after his bath) I told Will that if didn't let someone trim his hair I was going to put it in a pony tail. No sooner did I say that did he pull a hairband out of thin air! So, I pulled his hair back and put the band in. He then strutted around the house like a proud peacock. James' eyes got big and I just had to say, "This is what happens when you give me two boys. *pause*... At least Will makes a handsome girl."
[James]- "What?!"
[Me]- "This is just an example of the future if you get snipped. Just saying."
(Just a side note- I have not and will not turn either of my boys into girls!)... I did get a picture of the "hair".

One day when CJ was fussing, Will found a blanket and pacifier and gave them to CJ. Well, CJ doesn't like pacifiers... at first he "tried" it out, but it didn't last long before he flung it across the room. Will had a look of "How could you?!" and I swear he was thinking, "That's paci abuse!"
He went, picked up the pacifier and sadly handed it to me then walked away.

Yesterday, when James was heading back to work (after his lunch break) Will got upset. As fast as James tied his boots, Will untied them and no sooner did James finish buttoning up his top, Will tried ripping it off! It was sad and funny at the same time. Then tonight, James wanted to leave and I told him he had to ask Will first. So, he did. Will told him "NO" and refused to let him leave! It was really funny tonight because Will got his way and James stayed home. :)

Welcome to the World CJ!
After 40+ weeks of being pregnant and being stuck in the "latent labor" stage for a week, we finally got to meet our 2nd "surprise" baby!! On Feb. 10th my water broke and the active labor began. Mid-way thru the labor baby had compressed a nerve that sent a message to my brain and told me to stop breathing, turn white and pretty much shut down. I am so thankful for the nurse and doctors God gave me that night! Once I "came back" they started Pitocin... can you say contractions from hell?! After I was stable for a few hours, they gave me an epidural. From that point on I went from 6cm to 9cm in less than 30minutes! James went to get coffee and was gone less than 15minutes. In that short time I fully dilated and was ready to push. When the nurses found James and he came back it was time to meet baby. Four pushes later and CJ was born!!! (Less than 10min. of pushing- including the practice pushes.)
Chester Josiah Winton was born on February 11th at 7:33am.
He weighed 8lbs 15oz and is 21 inches long.

36 wks and counting
Well, I've made it to 36wks and still NO complications!!! A few days ago I had a check-up appointment and ultrasound (to check the position of the Baby). Everything looks great! The Baby really doesn't like to show it's face or gender... The doctor I've been seeing was really curious, but the Baby had it's legs clamped shut. So, it is still a surprise! Aside from that Baby is growing great and heart looked really good. Oh yeah, Baby is head down. :)
Something I'm really happy about is I didn't gain any weight! So, my total weight gain has been 20lbs... quite a BIG difference from the 110lbs I gained with Will!
Otherwise, we are all doing good! We have just about everything ready for Baby's arrival- crib, changing table, bassinet, etc. all set up. This past Friday I even scored a free spare infant car seat cover! Its nice- shades of brown. And to top it off, I found the perfect nursery set (that I've been trying to get the whole pregnancy, but its real expensive and no one ships to Guam)! Best part is it is 1/2 the price of the new set and comes with twice as much! Only monkey wrench is its in Postfalls, ID. So, I called my parents and asked if they could pick it up for me... not only did they say "Yes", but they are making it their gift to the Baby!! To say I'm happy is a HUGE understatement! The only thing I really want/need to get for the Baby is a Moby wrap. I had planned on making one, but I can't find the material on island. Looks like I may need to order it online and pray my parents can get it to me in time.
Anyways, here's the latest ultrasound picture and comparison pictures of the Butterballs. :)
