While weeding, I reached to pull out a weed at the root and saw something move. It was a chicken! She was laying there ever so still and scared me so bad! The darn thing laid 9 eggs in my flower bed!! A CHICKEN in my flower bed?! She wasn't there last week as I could still see the ground, so it must have happened over the weekend.

Surprisingly she didn't move when I was taking pictures.She is also, THE chicken that would sit on the wall outside our bedroom window "crowing" to wake me up!!

That's crazy! Good thing you don't have dogs yet! What a great experience for Will! :) Hailey has been asking for a duck for Christmas! :)
