The Island Fair

We went to the Micronesian Island Fair on Saturday and it was a blast! Very loud and smell that would tickle anyone's nose. It sure wore Will out! I hope you enjoy the pictures :)

This Caraboa jumped in my hand and wanted to come home with me.

This baby Caraboa scared James (he didn't see it and nearly stepped on it).

Wood crafts made from Ifit trees... just beautiful!

These guys danced and entertained everyone!

The result of Will's aboriginal face painting (he wiped his face with his hand)
Getting his face painted (he thought the guy was going to feed him and kept opening his mouth)

James' Birthday!

For James' birthday I tried to capture a piece of his childhood that had been lost... It took me awhile to find the right ones, but I did it! I got him two Alf stuff animals- one in a chef outfit and the other stands 18 inches tall! The look on his face was priceless.

When it came cake time, I decided to make one all from scratch! I made a dark chocolate cake with coconut pecan frosting... it was so yummy! (And pretty, too)
James had chose for all of us to go to Underwater World Aquarium and then attempt eating out at Hard Rock Cafe. It was great! Will did awesome and loved the sharks swimming all around him in the tunnel.

This fish was over 450lbs!!

The blow fish kept following me around the tunnel

Who needs toys????

When you live here and you make everything your toy!? I just love Will's blooming imagination and when he's being "Big helper Will".

Every time I take out the trash Will gets the new bag and tries his best to put it in the garbage can.

Beautiful sunset at Two Lover's Point

He finds it funny to play with his nose.

Will's belated birthday present

Yes, I know its been 2 months since Will turned two... but, we were kinda in transit during that time. So, this past weekend we FINALLY got his big present- a slide! He absolutely loves it! Thank you to my Crazy Gramma, Nanny Shari, Auntie Jess & Kyle, and Nanny Jo & Grandpa Jim. (His birthday money added up to about 1/3 of the cost of it... we covered the rest as our present to him as well.)

As you can see it will provide years of entertainment for him. :)
